About Me
Great lookout point in the Grampians, Australia
I am a user and customer experience researcher with a cultural/linguistic anthropology background. I seek to be the bridge between users and product development teams by utilizing my research backed data and insights which are grounded in ethics and best practices. I believe UX Research can aid in accessibility, equity, and product success by ensuring products are built with real users’ experiences at the forefront of their development.
I’m a classically trained researcher who is well-versed in interviewing subjects and conducting observational research to write in-depth ethnographies, and I’ve modernized my classical background by getting my UX researcher certification at Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g).

Research is just formalized curiosity. Prying with a purpose… to understand the world that we dwell therein."
